These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bbjl ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the Member") who accesses or uses the services available at bbjl.lat, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, jackpot draws, bingo rooms, and any promotional or loyalty programme features.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Your continued use of bbjl following the publication of any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you revisit this page periodically to remain informed of the current version.

bbjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered bbjl account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent disqualification from the platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbjl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bbjl accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

All deposits are credited to your bbjl account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the rate displayed at the time of the transaction. bbjl does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for fluctuations between the time of deposit and time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our payments team.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its stated wagering requirements in full before withdrawal of the associated real-money balance is permitted.

All sports bets placed on bbjl are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to that market, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation of the bet slip and a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.
• bbjl reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was displayed in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect teams, or incorrect start times.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the platform's ability to confirm the bet before the relevant action occurs. bbjl accepts no liability for bets submitted during a delay that result in the bet being declined.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules for that market. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.

• Engaging in any activity that bbjl reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

• Registering or operating a bbjl account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.

All content on bbjl.lat — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bbjl or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bbjl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bbjl content without our express prior written consent.

The bbjl brand name, logo, and any associated trade marks are proprietary to bbjl. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

bbjl provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, free from interruptions, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbjl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the bbjl platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even where bbjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, or promotional terms that contained an error.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bbjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

bbjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and bbjl. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

bbjl will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios is limited to the minimum necessary for the delivery of the relevant service and is governed by data processing agreements consistent with applicable data protection principles.

• You request self-exclusion or account closure through our responsible gaming tools.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of any pending disputes will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, provided that no fraud, abuse, or terms violation is outstanding. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of bbjl, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with our support team will be referred to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
